Dance styles at our Yarrambat studio
Preschool Dance Develop coordination and rhythm, have fun, and foster a love of music and dance. Learn social skills whilst following teacher instructions. Jazz / Hip Hop Break into modern dance styles with strength and energy Tap Explore the world of rhythm and beats, making music with those feet! Classical Ballet Learn the graceful art of ballet and technique, with barre and centre work Contemporary Using ballet techniques, explore the flow and strength of interpretative dance Musical Theatre Learn a combination of drama, music, singing and dance to a variety of musicals Singing Access vocal training for stage in small group or private lessons Acro Build acrobatic skills designed to be incorporated into dance routines
How does it work?
Classes are all run in our Yarrambat studios. We have two equipped studio rooms with timber floors, barres and mirrors. The parent waiting area is fully glassed so parents can view their children in class. Students have the opportunity to participate in exams and performance events, as well as solo competition work.
